Privacy policy
Your data stays yours.
No data collected
TEN does not collect, sell, share, track, or analyse personal data. There are no TEN accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or TEN-operated backend services.
On-device storage
Your name, plan settings, coach preferences, training progress, moods, run log, distance, route maps, and optional heart-rate summaries are stored on your device using Apple’s on-device storage. TEN does not receive this information.
Location, routes, and weather
If you allow location access, TEN uses location during an active run to draw your route and calculate distance. Route data is stored only on your device with your run log and is never transmitted to TEN.
TEN may use your current location transiently to request current weather from Open-Meteo. The weather request is made directly to that service over HTTPS. TEN does not store your weather location or receive it through a TEN server. If permission is denied or weather is unavailable, the feature stays silent.
Photos and sharing
If you take or choose a photo for a share card, the photo is used on your device to render that card. Sharing is handled by Apple’s share sheet and the destination you choose. TEN does not receive the photo.
Apple Watch and heart rate
If you enable Apple Watch heart rate, TEN asks for HealthKit permission. Heart-rate data is used for the live display and run summary when available. Average and maximum heart rate may be saved with your on-device run log. TEN does not receive or transmit HealthKit data.
Purchases
If you buy TEN · Full Journey, Apple processes the purchase through StoreKit. TEN does not receive your payment details.
